13 Best Metaphysical Books Update 05/2022

Best Metaphysical Books

Metaphysics is a branch of philosophy that looks at reality outside of what is physical. It’s a way to think about the things that can’t be explained. This list is for people who are new to Metaphysics, people who have been studying it for a long time, and people who are practicing it.

This is a list of my favorite Metaphysical books that will help you go inside and go deeper into a space of knowledge, wisdom, and understanding, where there are no words. There, you have to experience what Metaphysics can only point you to.

Reality Transurfing: Steps I-V by Vadim Zeland

Reality Transurfing Steps I-V by Vadim Zeland

If you want to live in accordance with the Universal Laws, you should read this book. It talks about quantum physics theories and how to apply them to your own life.

Our journey has made us aware of the Universal Law of Cause and Effect. This is also known as the Law of Attraction. It’s about the rules of the game and how to surf them to get what you want. It’s like the Law of Attraction with a lot of extra power in it.

This book isn’t easy to read. However, if you can understand the model that is being shown, you can see how you are the cause and effect of your own life. The image and how it’s shown. Besides being free, you can also choose how the game goes.

In the book, I learned more about the Law of Balance and how not to set off the pendulums or tip the scales and set off balancing forces that can make things worse. Thank you for giving me a better idea about how important it is to pay attention, be aware, and stay focused.

A theory called “importance” might be why some people don’t like the law of attraction, and that’s what I found most interesting. I can go down a path I don’t want to go down by paying attention to things that are important to me. Everything has changed because of this.

Is this something you haven’t heard of? You’re in for a real treat!

The Kybalion by The Three Initiates

This book was not written by anyone. There are three people who are called “Initiates.” They want to give the reader a Master Key so he can get inside. Of course, there isn’t a key or a door.

There are seven rules that I have used as a guide in my life.

When you understand and apply the principles ofMentalism,Correspondence,Vibration,Polarity,Rhythm,Cause and Effect, andGender to your life, your life changes.

In any Metaphysical library, this book is a must-have that you should read often and use in your own life. When I read this book, I get a better sense of it and learn something I didn’t know before.

Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahansa Yogananda

This beautiful book helped me when I was going through a dark time. In the years I kept it around, I read it whenever I could.

Used: I found a hard blue cover with a 1950’s print date. Early in my life.

As if it had been around the world. You can learn about yoga, meditation, and your breath by going on a journey with Yogananda. These things helped me get through some very hard times. The experience is seeing how the breath is a bridge between what is seen and what isn’t.

His words made me think of faith and show me how I had given it a bad name. I can feel Yogananda in my heart, and he has led me to other spiritual teachers, like Maharishi Ramana, on my way to becoming a better person. I have one of his books below.

Many Lives, Many Masters by Brian Weiss, M.D.

When science and metaphysics come together, I love it even more than when they do not. I went to a seminar with Dr. Brian Weiss and had a past life regression. I had a great time.

The research done by Dr. Weiss shows that it’s very likely that you’ve felt like you’ve been there before.

On a subconscious level, so much more is stored in our DNA than we had thought at first. Many people have been helped by his work.

The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz and Janet Mills

The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz and Janet Mills

These are promises you make to yourself. They are a set of rules that can change your life.

This short but powerful book is based on Toltec wisdom from long ago. Don Miguel Ruiz shows us where our self-limiting beliefs come from. They keep us from having fun and make us repeat the same things over and over again.

By living these four agreements, you can have freedom, true happiness, and love.

Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself by Dr. Joe Dispenza

Dr. Joe demystifies the ancient understandings and gives us the words we need to understand the Mind and the Heart space, which science now calls coherence. This helps bridge the gap between science and spirituality.

He combines quantum physics, neuroscience, biology, genetics, and brain chemistry to help us see what is truly possible, and he does this by putting them all together.

You learn everything you need to change or improve any part of yourself, as well as how to use the tools to make real changes in all areas of your life.

The Dark Side of the Light Chasers by Debbie Ford

That’s when this book came into my life. It was when my marriage was at a fork in the road.

At the time, I thought I needed to change my outside world. Our marriage would be better if he or she changed.

In this book, I learned that I was wrong. Because I had to start with myself. You should change, love and accept yourself first if there is something you want to change in your partner.

Next thing I know, the problem isn’t a problem any more. Debbie Ford shows you that you have the power and freedom to live your life in a real way.

A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life’s Purpose by Eckhart Tolle

Ideas are seeds for change. The Power of Now is Eckhart Tolle’s first book. In this book, he goes even deeper and expands on the ideas he learned from his first book.

As we progress on our spiritual journey, we can break free from the ego-based unconscious state. This is an important step because it allows us to feel free and happy.

When we start with ourselves, it spreads and makes it possible to live a better life and build a better world. Humans are on the verge of creating a new world through personal change.

This book helped me understand what true peace is and it woke me up. People who move with ease and simplicity find that life is a lot more fun. Start with you.

The Biology of Belief: Unleashing the Power of Consciousness, Matter, & Miracles by Bruce H. Lipton, Ph.D

The Biology of Belief Unleashing the Power of Consciousness, Matter, & Miracles by Bruce H. Lipton, Ph.D

I think this book will change the way you think about how to think. This cutting-edge research shows how your mind and body work together and how the nervous system sends and receives information.

We learn that our genes and DNA don’t have the last word on how we will look. Find out how our thoughts send out energetic messages.

Bruce talks about Epigenetics in a way that a person who hides their geeky side can understand. There is a connection between the mind and the world around us. When we understand this, it has a big impact on our lives on both the macro and micro level.

Power vs. Force by David R. Hawkins, M.D. Ph.D.

Think you can control the forces in your life? You are actually controlled and manipulated by them, but you don’t even know it! The universe is aware. Our decisions make waves that travel across the universe.

Dr. Hawkins is an expert in the study of consciousness. How do you teach someone to be smart?

As soon as you learn the technique he shares, you’ll be able to use your own personal navigation system for all of your choices in life.

Be What You Wish by Neville Goddard

This is one of Neville’s best books. There are more to come.

It is possible to change the world and the future with the power of the mind.

How to apply what we learn from the Bible to our lives today is what Neville Goddard talks and writes about in a non-dogmatic way in his books and talks.

When I read his work, I feel grateful for my Christian upbringing and embrace the spiritual work I do.

Be As You Are by Maharishi Ramana

This book is a collection of talks Sri Ramana had with people who came to him in India for spiritual help.

He answered many of their questions about the path to enlightenment in a way that was kind and lighthearted.

Through these connections with people who are interested in his teachings, you can get a sense of what he was trying to get across. That helps us understand our world.

The Book of Secrets: 112 Meditations to Discover the Mystery Within by Osho

At some point during my training to become an official masseuse,I decided to start writing this book. How long did it take you to learn about the wisdom, techniques, and science of self-realization?

At times, I had to slow down and let the words sink in. My mind didn’t like it, but my heart did. It was both a challenge and an opportunity for me to break free of the conditioned belief system that was keeping the unlimited part of me from being fully free.

A big thank you from me to Osho! This book helped me learn more about Tantra and how to make my life into a sacred ritual by reading it.

In no way does this list cover everything; it’s just a start. Some of these ideas may take a while to get through. Do not read this book in one sitting. This is not a race to have a good thought.

A little: read a little, think about what you read, and let yourself change your perspective and experience metaphysics.
