I read a lot of astral projection books this year to learn more about and comprehend the phenomenon of out of body experiences.

As a result, in today's post, I'm going to share the astral projection books that I've found to be the most useful! These are the books I would recommend to anyone who is just getting started or wants to learn more about the subject.

Best astral projection books

A good astral projection book, in my opinion, informs rather than complicates! It doesn't mystify astral projection; rather, it describes it for what it is: a naturally occurring phenomenon that anybody may experience.

The five books on astral projection listed below are the ones I keep coming back to. They are insightful and published by authors who have dedicated their careers to educating people about out-of-body experiences.

Adventures Beyond the Body

Most importantly, I now understood that my physical body was really a vehicle for the true me within, and that with discipline, I could split from it at will.

 

This is by far my favorite book for explaining how to get out of body. I've always regarded William's target technique to be the most straightforward.

He isn't very interested in energy, chakras, or other topics that people are concerned about. Rather, he concentrates on what we can do outside of our bodies and how it will affect our lives.

In addition, reading William's personal opinions on astral projection and out-of-body experiences was a wonderful treat for me. He also provides a list of fun and life-changing activities to undertake while out of body.

Journeys Out of the Body

It's fine to have unusual experiences and to take seriously as natural those phenomena and activities that our physical sciences are currently unable to replicate or measure.

 

Robert Monroe has been dubbed the "grandfather" of modern-day astral projection. He founded The Monroe Institute, a non-profit teaching and research institution dedicated to the study of human mind.

He wrote several works about astral projection, the first of which was Journeys Out of the Body. This is a book you will not be able to put down.

I thought it was amazing that a man like him, who worked in radio and had no spiritual background, started having spontaneous out-of-body experiences.

This book is a must-read because of his shift in thinking about reality and the astral experiences he had.

The Treatise on Astral Projection

The astral body always projects into the physical world once the physical body has fallen asleep.

This is a lesser-known book about astral projection, but it is one that I highly suggest. Robert Bruce, the author, may be familiar to you. Mastering Astral Projection, a well-known and popular book on astral projection, was written by him.

Because The Treatise on Astral Projection was one of Robert's first books, it contains much of the information found in his later works. It's a fascinating read that gave me a better understanding of how astral projection works.

Demystifying the Out-of-Body Experience

Few things in life compare to the sensation we get when we make our first lucid projection after putting in the effort and consistency.

Luis Minero, meanwhile, provides a fairly rational framework for comprehending out-of-body experiences. I like how he substitutes the magical phrases that are usually connected with astral projection with modern vocabulary.

This book is really comprehensive and in-depth. On Youtube, you may find interviews with Luis Minero that demonstrate his breadth of knowledge and expertise.

Hacking the Out of Body Experience

Learn to actively participate in imaginative play. Consider this a crucial component of rebuilding your brain, rather than a waste of time.

 

This book is the ultimate resource for everything you need to know about astral projection. Bob Peterson demonstrates a variety of techniques as well as everything he's learned over decades of astral projection.

I enjoy how he covers a wide range of subjects and topics. In a nutshell, this book contains everything there is to know about astral projection.

Lois Duncan’s Stranger With My Face

is a great YA novel about astral projection. Laurie has the impression that she is being watched, and that people have seen her do things she doesn't recall doing. Is she being watched by someone? And if that's the case, what's the rationale for it? This is one for people who enjoy their horror stories with a hint of the macabre.
